Returns Policy 

At Midnight Spares, we strive to maintain adequate stock levels of our parts, excluding one-off or rare items. However, in rare instances, certain parts may be temporarily out of stock. Should this occur, we will promptly notify you with an estimated delivery timeframe.

Quality Standards

If a part listed as one-off or limited stock becomes damaged after listing and fails to meet our quality standards, we will contact you to discuss potential solutions, including sending a replacement or issuing a refund, on a case-by-case basis.

For returns eligible for refund consideration, please contact us via email or phone before returning the parts. We will assess the validity of the return claim and provide necessary instructions.

Midnight Spares may offer an exchange, repair, or refund for faulty parts, those not performing as intended, or significantly differing from the listed description.

Returned parts must meet the following criteria before an exchange or refund is processed:

· Unused, uninstalled, and undamaged

· Complete with all original parts

· Not damaged due to improper installation

· Returned in original packaging

· Invoiced for more than $20.00

Upon receiving your return and verifying compliance with our guidelines, we will proceed with a replacement, repair, or refund.

Parts showing evidence of improper use, installation, or mishandling, as determined by Midnight Spares, will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or repair.

Any "special offer free parts" included in your purchase must be returned simultaneously; otherwise, their value may be deducted from your refund.

Postage and insurance for replacement or repaired parts will be the responsibility of Midnight Spares.

Liability Policy

Midnight Spares accepts liability for losses or damages, regardless of the cause, up to the extent of a full refund of the purchase price, or alternatively, we reserve the right to opt for repair or replacement of the part(s).

We explicitly disclaim any responsibility for consequential or incidental damages.

Costs excluded from coverage include, but are not limited to: part installation, part removal, labor, loss of time or productivity, and any associated costs such as coolants, oils, gaskets, etc.
